Latitude Online Help

Latitude provides the ability to mark a Bin as a "Problem Bin" and associate a Problem Bin Reason Code, so that it can be tracked and counted at a later time.

Problem Bins are viewed on Latitude Web under:

• Activities → Cycle Count → Problem Bins 

Reason Codes

Problem Bin Reason Codes are maintained on Latitude Web under:

• Administration → Class Maintenance → Problem Bin Reason Codes 

Cycle Counting

Problem Bins can be cycle counted using the Cycle Count Generation Wizard by selecting:

• Activities → Cycle Count → Directed By Bin Generation Wizard

And selecting "Import problem bins." in the Wizard prompts.

• Note: only those problem bins with Reason Codes that are eligible for cycle count will be imported.

Marking a Problem Bin

A Bin can be marked as a "Problem Bin" on the RF Terminal by selecting the Tools menu (F3) and selecting:

• Tools → Mark Bin

The user is then prompted to scan the bin, and enter the problem
