A dedicated Implementation Team ensures your training is tailored to your unique needs and is with you every step of the way. 

Latitude Training for key personnel begins with a Three-day Warehouse Workshop . This intensive training is normally done at PathGuide headquarters north of Seattle, WA.

  • Hands-on training with RF equipment in an interactive warehouse environment

  • Classroom discussions to determine specific needs
  • Basic system set-up and overview emphasizing "train the trainer"

  • Cycle Counting

To ensure your training is a success, it is important that you appoint a champion to oversee the warehouse with Executive sponsorship.

What's next?

Phase 1 - Latitude Installation and onsite training during live operation

This phase is typically limited to receiving and bar code labeling of bin locations. After phase 1 training is complete, PathGuide continues remote support.

Phase 2 - Latitude Implementation and onsite training

This phase occurs as all the other Latitude processes are brought on line.  Actual order picking, put away, cycle counting, and other modules as specified are performed with the PathGuide trainer(s) present to offer guidance, answer questions, and help with exceptions.
